Launched by the promoters of SpiceJet, SpiceHealth has emerged as the fastest growing diagnostic lab in the country having conducted 3.5 million RT-PCR tests since its launch in November 2020. In May 2021, SpiceHealth added four more RT-PCR and Rapid Antigen testing centers in Gurugram taking its total number of testing facilities in Delhi and Gurugram to eleven. In Maharashtra, SpiceHealth has testing facilities in Nagpur, Aurangabad, Nashik in addition to Mumbai where it runs multiple testing labs.
SpiceHealth’s RT-PCR testing labs have been successfully conducting the country’s fastest and cheapest RT-PCR tests at just INR 450/-. While Rapid Antigen test reports are shared instantly the RT-PCR are shared within 24 hours.

SpiceHealth has been actively involved in the country’s fight against Covid-19 and has been working closely with multiple state governments and hospitals to beef up the supply of oxygen concentrators, ventilators, pulse oximeters, BiPAPs and other medical devices. It had imported more than 2000 oxygen concentrators for emergency use and distribution across India.
In November 2020, SpiceHealth disrupted the RT-PCR testing space by offering tests at INR 499/- only as opposed to the then existing rate of INR 2400/- in Delhi. In another path-breaking initiative, test results were made available within six hours as compared to the existing 24-48 hour time frame. SpiceHealth was also the first to introduce the innovative concept of mobile testing laboratories that could be placed in remote areas, in containment zones, in villages where access to hospitals and medical facilities was and remains a challenge.
SpiceHealth’s first mobile testing facility in Delhi was inaugurated by Sh. Amit Shah, Hon’ble Union Home Minister and the then Union Minister for Health & Family Welfare, Dr. Harsh Vardhan.
In January 2021, SpiceHealth launched a first-of-its-kind genome sequencing laboratory at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport to help in identifying and containing the new mutant variants of Covid-19 virus unwittingly carried by passengers travelling from other countries.
SpiceHealth had set-up mobile laboratories and testing facilities across Haridwar and at five locations along the border of Uttarakhand for pilgrims visiting the Kumbh Mela as part of a MoU with the state government.
SpiceHealth, in association with the Kerala Medical Services Corporation (KMSCL), in March has set up its mobile testing laboratories in Kasaragod, Palakkad & Thrissur for conducting RT-PCR tests.
Earlier, SpiceHealth had launched SpiceOxy – a compact, portable, non-invasive ventilation device, which is an effective solution for patients with mild to moderate breathing issues and had also introduced fingertip pulse oximeter, a handy device making it easier for people to measure the oxygen level of the blood.
