1. This service is currently available only in the cities of Delhi, Gurugram & Mumbai. Currently this excludes the other NCR regions of Delhi & Greater Mumbai. Please ensure that the test is booked for the cities where this service is currently operational In, addition the test must be conducted at the booked location.

3. Please ensure that you fill in the correct details ( First name, Last Name, Mobile number, Email ID and PNR ( please leave the PNR details blank in case of Non –SG PNRs. ) as all the communication and reports are linked to the shared contact details.
4. An additional charge of INR 299 per customer/ sample will apply for home collection services, based on State of collection.
5. Customers will receive a SMS with the reference number/booking id and a link to the mandatory ICMR sample collection form. It is advised that the customers fill this form prior to sample collection.
6. Customers will have to show the reference number, Govt. ID and ICMR Sample collection form to start the process at the selected collection center. This will be applicable for home collection option as well.
7. Collection centers will be operational from 09:00 a.m – 06:00 p.m. on all days.
8. The booking id for RT-PCR Test once received by the customer will be valid till 1st June, 2021.
9. Reports will be provided digitally only. They will be sent via sms on the mobile number provided at the time of registration. Customers can also access their reports on www.spicehealth.com.
10. All Negative reports will be provided within 24 hours from the time of sample collection, however positive reports will be delayed as per state guidelines.
11. This is a Non-Refundable product with an exception in case of SG IROP flights.
12. In case of SG IROP flight a free of cost second test will be provided at our designated sample collection centres if the 72 hour time validity of the test doesn’t hold true for the customer’s travel.

14. SpiceJet & SpiceHealth reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this program or withdraw the same at any time without giving any prior notice and/ or assigning any reason.
For B2B Agent Booking

3. Agent must submit the correct SpiceJet Navitaire Agency ID and password to start the booking process.
4. Agent must submit the correct contact details of the customer/s for whom the test is being booked as all the communication and reports are linked to the shared contact details.
5. Active SpiceJet PNR is mandatory for availing the discounted price for RT-PCR Test.

7. Agents will make the payment of these bookings through their SG Navitaire agency payment mode.

General Terms and Conditions:
1. SpiceJet & SpiceHealth reserves the right to modify, alter, amend and/or change any and/or all of the terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice. SpiceJet & SpiceHealth also reserves the right to withdraw and/or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice.
2. In the event of any misuse and/or abuse of the respective offer by the customer(s) or travel agent(s) (as applicable), SpiceJet & SpiceHealth reserves the right to deny the offer and/or cancel the relevant booking(s).
3. All reports will be provided to the customer within 24-48 hours from the time of sample collection. Please remember that test results should be interpreted in connection with other factors, such as symptoms and patient history, as results may vary due to past or present infection with other less virulent strains of coronavirus. A positive may be a false positive because it picks up other strains of the coronavirus that you are immune to that can cause common cold symptoms. Given the amount of uncertainty with these tests, a negative result cannot guarantee that you are free from infection and should not be the sole basis for notifying an individual about their infection status, and one must consult with a registered medical practitioner for appropriate medical treatment.

SpiceHealth, and/or its officers, employees, assigns, successors, licensors and affiliates, make no representations or warranties of any kind, express, statutory or implied, as to the provision of services by it hereunder and/or the information, content, materials, or products included on the website or in association with the services.
4(b). To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, SpiceHealth, and/or its officers, employees, assigns, successors, licensors and affiliates, hereby expressly disclaim all warranties, express, statutory, or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness of services for any particular purpose.
4(c). SpiceHealth, and/or its officers, employees, assigns, successors, licensors and affiliates, do not warrant or covenant, in any manner whatsoever, that the services will be secure, correct and/or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the services and access to the website is/ will be free of viruses, errors or other potentially harmful components.
4(d). In no event shall SpiceHealth, and/or its officers, employees, assigns, successors, licensors and affiliates, be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or any other damages resulting from: (a) the use or the inability to use the services; (b) unauthorized access to or alteration of the user’s transmissions or data; (c) any other matter relating to the services; including, without limitation, damages for any loss whatsoever arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the services or the website, damages for loss of business or revenue, loss of profits or goodwill, and/or other damages consequential upon the same regardless of whether or not the Company has been informed of the possibility of such damages or is negligent.
4(e). Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, the maximum liability of SpiceHealth and/or its officers, employees, assigns, successors, licensors and affiliates, jointly as well as severally, (whether by reason of breach of contract, tort, delict or otherwise), in any event, for any valid claim arising out of the respective offer/ service, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer/ patient for the relevant service/ offer availed.
5. For any mobile wallet related claims, the customer is required to contact the concerned mobile wallet company. SpiceJet & SpiceHealth will not entertain any claims related thereto.
6. For any credit/debit card and net banking related claims, the customer should contact their respective banks. SpiceJet & SpiceHealth will not entertain any claims related thereto.
7. Any person availing the offer is deemed to have accepted all the applicable terms and conditions.
8. All other applicable terms, including the Terms of Carriage, as available at http://www.spicejet.com shall apply.
9. Any disputes arising out of respective Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated at New Delhi, India.
